Srx cooling system on a viper?

Is there actually a reason they never put this on from factory?

Here is everything I see that would need changed over from what I see.

heads
water rail
front heat exchanger
rear heat exchanger
all the hoses...ect..ect
base gasket
overflow bottle

Also other then the water rail hitting the hood a little is there anything else that might be a problem?

from what i gather the only difference is that the srx has a rear heat exchanger and the viper does not not stock.
 
that is interesting...never heard that before either....like you said learn something new every day....

I am still dont understand why they never used the srx cooling system... :o|

maybe cause of weight?? weren't they trying to make the viper as light as they could, cause weren't they pushing it as a ditchbanging sled??

Maybe....I just never heard anyone talk about this..... Plus with the viper overheating issues they would of changed it to the srx style.....

Just though someone here would know the correct answer.... maybe there is no correct answer....lol
