Looking to find out which 2 wires on the servo motor are used to cycle it for setting the power valves without it running.

This is for a 2004 Viper.
Have read some posts that show a triangle shaped plug, but mine is a 4 wire square plug that comes out of the servo motor, along with 1 wire by itself with bullet connectors.

There is a service plug for powering up the servo and on an SRX it is on the left side above the regulator but I believe the Viper one is on the right, above the regulator.I just helped a bud put a Viper wire harness in an SRX chassis and that is where I am getting the info from.It is black, triangulated with 3 wires in it.

That one is on the clutch side on mine. But, it is plugged into another connector. I thought the plug should just be hanging there not being used?

That's what I thought too, this is the one on the clutch side

Found it!
Recoil side, was hidden by the plastic steering gate.
Looks like 2 reds and a black?
